Authorization for EFT and/or 835 (if other than the pharmacy)

An authorization form must be received from a third party acknowledging PHARMACY's approval to release paid claims data history.

Resolving Late/Missing EFT

After four business days, if either the EFT or payment cannot be found, please send email to customerservice@gateway-networks.com. Provide EFT/Check number, dollar amount and date along with contact information (pharmacy name, NCPDP or NPI and contact information-including name and phone number )

Notes

  • Electronic remittance options do NOT change the dates for funding currently received from the health plans.
  • Charges for setup and maintenance will be determined and updated by Gateway.
  • Reports and Files are stored via FTP for 30 days with unlimited access. After 30 days, reports are archived automatically. If you require access to remittance claims files after they have been archived, charges and timeframes will be determined by Gateway.
  • It is important to download and save each file to your PC. Early review of the files will help assure successful downloads, identify possible problems, and eliminate charges.
